Lowes is an American retail company specializing in home improvement. Headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina, the company operates a chain of retail stores in the United States.

- Managed full-time employee (FTE) and contractor hiring.
- Conducted Design Thinking and Discovery Workshops.
- Trained associates across various verticals.
- Led a team of UX/UI Architects, providing training and mentorship.
